Jobs In Real Life Like “dirk Pitt” From The Movie Sahara?

What types of jobs are out there that are similar to that of Dirk Pitt (played by Matthew McConaughey) in Sahara. He is an adventurer/explorer/treasure hunter. Does anybody know of jobs like this that provide a great deal of travel, adventure, excitement and danger?
