You seem to know your demography so see about having fliers advertisements located in malls and other areas your target audience would frequent.

We had no money what so ever for advertising, we just opened the doors and turned on the neon open sign, it was rough going at first, but eventually our customers would tell someone, and they’d tell someone and so on and so on, your customer’s word of mouth is your most valuable advertising, and it’s FREE!!
Utahns are into extreme sports, you just need to do something fresh to stand out from the other stores that are similar, I suggest doing ALOT of research, go into all these bike shops, and ski/snowboard shops, etc.. see what they’re doing that works, and do it bigger and better, Good Luck!!
