How Do You Keep Your Life Jacket From Riding Up During Extreme Water Sports?

Im really into Water sports but continue to have the same problem of my life jacket always riding up. (Especially after a heavy fall) No matter how tight I make the straps or how many different kind of life jackets I use I continually end up with the same issue. Its annoying to always having to be pulling it down and its fustrating when you fall to have it end up in your face. Any ideas or brands you know stay on well?
