Safaris to East Africa is Great! Currently there is ongoing civil violance in Kenya.
Many Tourists are thinking to cancel their trip, is it possible to visit Tanzania?

It should be safe, flying to Kilimanjaro International Airport or Dar es Salaam. There are wonderful things to see and do in Tanzania and the game parks are just as wonderful as those of Kenya. http://www.tanzaniaparks.com/tanapa.pdf. There are also coastal resorts (it’s the same Indian Ocean) and Zanzibar has become a prime tourist destination. I dont see why not. If they are going for the sole purpose of a safari, then Tanzania is just as good as Kenya.
Tanzania offers same Safari & Tours as Kenya. Game Reserve, National Parks ( Tanzania has more to offer than Kenya – lets forget Mount Kilimanjaro and as well as Zanzibar).
Beaches, Lodges, Hotels, Camp Sites have the same standards –
Tanzania have been always safer even than Kenya – I am not sure about the rates.
It’s unclear where you are writing from, but my guess is Nairobi or Arusha? If so, are you saying you’d like to drive overland from Nairobi into Northern Tanzania? My thought is that that stretch of road should be clear – I don’t think there was or is much violence in that area, and Nairobi is closer to the most popular Tanzanian safari parks than Dar.
Otherwise, I’d say you most certainly could visit Tanzania, regardless of what’s happening in Kenya. The violence is highly highly unlikely to spill across borders, since they have completely different political situations/institutions, etc.
I would say so. I’m following all the news coming from Kenya up close, and there is no sign at all of unrest in Tanzania. It’s just 2 different countries. Even in Kenya the riots are limited to certain regions.
