We visited the Swazi Secret Factory owned by rural Swaziland women where they make Natural skin care products from the Marula Tree Nuts. SWAZI SECRETS is the range of natural oils and associated cosmetics produced by Swazi Indigenous Products, a community owned, not for profit Company set up to empower rural Swaziland women. The products are based on oil produced from the kernels of the marula, the King of African trees. We visited as tourists the factory (March 2008) and offered the kind management a song and a commercial web clip. We worked it out and he brought us (with a 4wd into the bush in the far east of Swaziland to these very very poor but happy and so nice dressed rural woman) They get some Swazi $$ for picking and delivering the crushed nuts.
